The Continuum Yacht Club Membership, Explained

Every residence at Continuum includes one full year of Yacht Club Membership. Here’s how the program actually works — the fleet, the booking system, the VIP services, and the differences between standard and penthouse buyers.

The Continuum Yacht Club Membership, Explained

What is the Continuum Yacht Club?

The Continuum Yacht Club is a private members’ program included with every residence purchase. Members receive exclusive access to a fleet of 50- to 100-foot luxury yachts, with three half-day excursions per year (six for penthouse buyers), VIP services, and a members-only booking app.

The program is structured to remove the friction of yacht ownership without removing the experience. There is no purchase, no slip fee, no captain to hire, no maintenance schedule. Members reserve through the app, the yacht is staffed and provisioned to your specifications, and you arrive at the dock and step on board.

For most residents, yacht ownership in Miami sounds appealing until the actual costs land — six-figure annual maintenance, captain salaries, insurance, slip fees, and depreciation. The yacht club replaces that math with included access for one full year after move-in.

How many excursions are included?

Standard residence buyers receive three half-day excursions per year. Penthouse buyers receive six half-day excursions per year. A half-day excursion is approximately four to five hours with a fully crewed yacht, customized to the member’s itinerary — sandbar, dinner cruise, dive trip, or anything in between.

The excursions are personalized. The yacht club concierge works with you ahead of each booking to confirm the route, the catering, and any specific requests — a particular wine, a chef, a specific sandbar, a dive guide. The intent is that each excursion is a curated experience, not a generic rental.

Membership begins immediately upon contract signing and remains active for one full year after move-in. For Continuum buyers, that means yacht access begins now — during pre-construction — not after delivery.

What VIP services come with membership?

Members receive priority booking on the most desirable dates and yachts, complimentary pickup and drop-off at preferred docks, dedicated concierge support for each excursion, a members-only app for reservations and itinerary changes, and an annual members’ calendar of curated events on the water.

Priority booking matters more than it sounds. The Memorial Day and Fourth of July sandbar weekends, the Art Basel week, and major sporting weekends are when yacht charter inventory becomes scarce and expensive. Members lock in dates first, before public charter availability opens up.

Pickup and drop-off at preferred docks means you can begin or end an excursion at a restaurant, a sandbar, or another marina if your day calls for it — the yacht meets you. The members-only app keeps the entire booking and modification process in one place.

Is the membership transferable?

Membership runs with the residence and remains active for one full year after move-in. After the initial year, members can renew on a published schedule. Membership cannot be sold separately from the residence, and excursions cannot be transferred to non-residents.

This structure is intentional. The yacht club is positioned as a residence amenity, not an investment vehicle — the value is in the access, not in the resale. By keeping the program non-transferable and tied to the residence, the developer preserves the exclusivity of the program for owners.

For buyers comparing Continuum to other branded condominiums, the yacht club is one of the program’s strongest differentiators. Most luxury Miami buildings include a fitness center and a pool. Very few include a curated yacht program with included excursions.
